Dear Mr. Cooke:
We have visually observed the footing sizes and footing steel reinforcing at the residence under
construction at the above referenced location. These observations were performed on February
23, 2016.
It is our opinion that the footing sizes and widths and steel reinforcing were in general
conformance with the foundation plan, drawn by Crown Engineering, llc., Job No. 30-01.-30-01,
dated December 8, 2015.

Re: Wall Steel Observation for 6744 Snowdon Drive, Fort Collins, CO

Dear Mr. Cooke:
We have visually observed the concrete foundation wall steel reinforcing placed in the forms at
the residence under construction at the above referenced location. This observation was
performed on February 29, 2016.
'It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan,
drawn by Crown Engineering, llc., Job No. 30-01-30-01, dated December 8, 2015. Additionally,
a UFER ground rod was observed to be placed within the foundation wall steel reinforcing. It is
our opinion that the ground rod was placed per ground rod placement recommendations.

Re: Perimeter Drain and Damp -proofing Observation
at 6744 Snowdon Drive, Fort Collins, CO

Dear Mr. Cooke:
We have visually observed the foundation wall damp -proofing and the perimeter drain installed
at the residence under construction at the above referenced location. This observation was
performed on March 7, 2016.
The drains consist of 4" perforated and socked drain pipe. They are placed around the basement
exterior and interior perimeters. The exterior perimeter drain is covered with approximately 6"-
8" of 3/4" or less pea gravel. It is our opinion that the drains and sump pit as installed should be
an adequate means of draining out any rain or ground water that may filtrate to the basement
elevation of the home. It is also our opinion that the damp -proofing has also been applied using
standard acceptable practices.
