RE: 1632 Beam Reach PI and 2803 Catamaran Place
We were notified by the property owner that Lots 15 & 16 in the Richards Lake P.U.D.,
Filing One have been combined to make one lot. Lot 15 is shown as address 1632
Beam Reach Place and Lot 16 is shown as 2803 Catamaran Cove.
The individual sanitary sewer line on Lot 15 (1632 Beam Reach Place) was exposed
behind the curb (within the lot), capped with a 4" cap and covered with recycled concrete
and backfilled and compacted with native soil on August 18, 2016.
See the attached work order that wat filled out by our field staff.

Legal Description
Legal description of a portion of a Utility and Drainage Easement to be vacated on over and across a
portion of Lou_ 15 and 16, Richard's Lake PUD, Filing One, being located in Section 30, Township 8
North, Range 68 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of
Colorado, being more particularly described as follows:
The 6.W feet wide Utility and Drainage Easement lying along the East line of said Lot IS, excepting
therefrom, that portion lying within the rear 6.00 feet wide Utility and Drainage Easement and that
portion lying within the front 9.00 feet wide Utility and Drainage Easement.
And also,
The 6.00 feet wide Utility and Drainage Easement lying along the Wesc line of said Lot 16, excepting
therefrom,that portion lying within the rear 6.00 feet wide Utility and Drainage Easement and that :.
portion lying within the front 9.00 feet wide Utility and Drainage Easement.

RESOLUTION NO. AD 14-01
OF THE DIRECTOR OF PLANNING, DEVELOPMENT, AND TRANSPORTATION
SERVICE UNIT OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS VACATING A PORTION OF A
UTILITY & DRAINAGE EASEMENT, LOCATED ON LOTS 15 & 16 OF
THE RICHARD'S LAKE PUD FILING ONE
WHEREAS, Section 2.1.5 of the Land Use Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes
the Director of Planning, Development, and Transportation Service Unit to vacate certain
easements by resolution or by approval of replats containing notation of such dedication; and
WHEREAS, the Owner has requested that the City vacate a portion of an existing
drainage and utility easement, located on Lots 15 & 16 of the Richard's Lake PUD Filing One,
which vacation is more particularly described on Exhibit "A"; and
WHEREAS, pertinent City agencies and private utility companies have been contacted
and report no objection to the proposed vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Director of Planning, Development, and
Transportation Service Unit of the City of Fort Collins, that a portion of an existing drainage and
utility easement more particularly described on Exhibit "A", is hereby vacated, abated, and
abolished.
Passed and adopted by the Director of Planning, Development, and Transportation
Service Unit of the City of,Fort Collins this °l?N day of January A.D. 2014.
