Lot 15 is shown as address 1632 Beam Reach Place and Lot 16 is shown as 2803 Catamaran Cove. The individual sanitary sewer line on Lot 15 (1632 Beam Reach Place) was exposed behind the curb (within the lot), capped with a 4" cap and covered with recycled concrete and backfilled and compacted with native soil on August 18, 2016. See the attached work order that wat filled out by our field staff.
