RMG found it to be complete and in substantial compliance with the design drawings prepared by RMG — Rocky Mountain Group for this structure at the date of this observation. The "Ufer" electrical ground system was placed in the footing and meets the requirements of Article 250.52 of the 2011 National Electrical Code (NEC).
