Overland Trail Fort Collins, CO 80521 Site Address: 1515 Peterson St. Fort Collins, CO. The above site was personally inspected on July 15, 2016. The site indicates the existing windows that are to be replaced are on the North side of the house. One will be replaced with a 4'x4' approved egress window and the other with a 6'x4' egress window. The existing windows are located in a concrete foundation with a wooden sill plate and rim joist set on top of the foundation. The siding above is asbestos. Using a 3"0"xl/4" aluminum frame on the 4'x4' and not disturbing the sill plate nor siding, that window is approved for replacement. The 6'x4' window will require a 4"x4"x1/4" or thicker frame and with no disturbance to the sill plate and siding should adequately support the window opening. This is also approved for replacement.
