To Whom It May Concern:
The Zoe's Kitchen job in Ft. Collins, CO, as designed by the Raleigh office of CaptiveAire will meet our hood's listing
requirements for installation within 0" of a combustible surface on the rear, top, and right side. Our listing is in
accordance with UL710 standards and states that a hood with 1" of factory -installed approved insulation is sufficient to
be placed next to a fully combustible surface. Our hood is ETL listed with file number 3054804-001.
Please see the enclosed document outlining CaptiveAire's approved clearance reduction methods, as determined by
our listing authority, ETL.
