To Whom It May Concern,
Fort Collins Habitat for Humanity has purchased a wafer and sewer tap from the Fort Collins -
Loveland Water District and South Fort Collins Sanitation District for use at 6602 Avondale
Road Units A, S, C, F, t, and J.
The Districts will defer payment for water and sewer taps for Units D, E, G, and H and therefore
approve the issuance of footing and framing permits at this time.
Full payment of taps D, E, G, and H will be required prior to the issuance of building permits
from the City of Fort Collins.
