Dear Mr. Nook:
On January 15, 2016 we visually observed the excavation dimensions/forms and foundation
reinforcement for the monolithic foundation for the malt storage silo at the at the above referenced
site. It is our opinion the silo foundation dimensions and reinforcement were in general conformance
with our Foundation Plan,,Project Number 2584-01-01A, and our recommendations for field
modifications as required by site conditions.
The conclusions presented in this letter are not intended to cover structural items other than those
listed, site grading/elevations, setbacks, subsurface soil conditions, or architectural features of the
