Type of Work: 8/7/2020 - partial finish of basement (383 sq. ft.) to
include sheet rocking the perimeter and putting in a
couple of doors. Addition of lights and outlets.
7/11/2020 - Old Town Design Build will now be the
general contractor.
4/23/2020 - Existing duct work to remain in house and
front porch will not be replaced at this time.
Residential remodel to include reconfiguring existing
main floor (interior was gutted on permit B1915718).
Update electrical and plumbing on main and second
level of the house. New gas line will be ran for kitchen.
Second floor will be reconfigured to take 2 bedrooms
to 1, create ¾ bathroom and additional shower, and
closet. Windows will be changed and added per
engineers letter. Existing furnace will be replaced.
Work also to include changing the roof line/ system on
garage. Expansion of existing garage wall 3 feet.
Adding a laundry room in existing garage to include
raising garage floor within 140 sq.ft. laundry room.
New 360 sq. ft. patio cover to be added on the front of
house. Both garage and patio cover to have metal
roofing. Homeowner affidavit on file (from B1915718) -
homeowner will be completing electrical and framing
