This letter is to inform you that the above referenced property is in violation of the following
sections of the International Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins:
The 2018 International Residential Code Section R105.1, and amendments adopted by the City
of Fort Collins regarding the construction of a shed too large and too close to the property line to
be exempt at the above referenced address without permits in place prior to construction. To
date a permit has not been issued. A permit must now be obtained by the date listed below in
order to avoid fees being accessed.
These Code violations shall be corrected by:

mitigating circumstances.
