• O New decorative sign band element, mounted on facades 208 and 214, f,
Sign band element to be constructed of 1/4" aluminum skin
and painted gun metal grey. Faux embellishments such as rivet heads and,
shear plates to be added as shown. Sign band element on 214 to project
no more than 3'-0" from face of existing plywood wall surface. Sign band
element to project 3'-0" from face of 208 Linden ("Mercer" Block). Rear of
sign will contain up lights for nightime illumination of facades.
ONew faux transom windows (4). �-
OWindow signage-copy only. Letters gilded, burnished outline in 23 K
gold. Letter height to be 611. Signs will not be applied to windows.
Each will be on plate of glass hung on interior side of window.
® Existing downspout to be reconditioned or replaced in like kind.

®Uplighting located on roof of adjacent building (200 Linden) to
illuminate south side of second floor of building and projecting
banner.
ONew paint scheme - to be determined.
Owner intent is to remove existing paint from masonry with "Peel -Away"
product. Architectural elements to be embellished and highitghted
with color. (Color scheme to be determined).

highlight existing architectural detail. Lower Facade to be repainted
to highlight architectural elements in non -historic Facade.
