Observations indicate the footing sizes and foundation steel reinforcement are in substantial accordance with the engineered foundation plan for the project by Weeks & Associates. Observations indicated a 4" diameter p erforated pipe had been placed around the exterior perimeter of the basement foundation and connected to the sump pi t. Drain extensions were provided at the basement window wells. In addition, the exterior of the basement foundation walls had been damproofed. If we can be of further assistance please contact us.
