On February 2 and 5, 2015, a representative of Weeks & Associates observed footings
and foundation wall steel at the referenced site. Observations indicate the footing sizes
and foundation steel reinforcement are in substantial accordance with the engineered
foundation plan for the project by Weeks & Associates. In addition, the electrode had
been placed in accordance w ith the recommendations by NEC.

On February 10, 2015, Weeks & Associates observed the p erimeter drain at the
referenced site. Observations indicated a 4" diameter p erforated pipe had been
placed around the exterior perimeter of the basement foundation and connected to the
sump pi t. Drain extensions were provided at the basement window wells. In addition,
the exterior of the basement foundation walls had been damproofed.
