The changes we are proposing include the following: 1. Change 10 Single Family Detached Lots to Single Family Attached, with two units per building on individual lots. These would match the existing Single Family Attached Lots. The lots to be changed are lots 6&7 of Block 4, and lots 1-8 of Block 6. 2. Change project note #6 to state "At least four (4) product types..." 3. The unit type summary would be as follows to match 4.5(D)(2) LMN use types: Single Family Detached w/ front or side load garages 286 units 72.6% Single Family Detached w/ rear load garages 88 units 22.3% Two Family Dwellings (SFA) 20 units 5.1 % Multi -family (un- latted tracts) NA NA TOTAL 394 units 100.0% 4. Add a new project note #27 that states the following: Prior to issuance of a building permit for lots 6&7 of Block 4, and lots 1-8 of Block 6, the drainage easement on the common lot line shall be vacated.
