SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS:
1) Eight (8) copies of RECORDED plan (i.e. site, landscape, elevation, etc: - whichever is being altered) on 24" x
36" size (usually available at the Technical Services Department at 281 N. College) — RED -LINE THE
CHANGES ON the eight plans or provide eight copies of revised drawings showing the changes in addition to the
eight originals. ALL PLANS MUST BE FOLDED TO 8 1/2" X 11";
2) Completed and signed application form(s); and
3) Application fee of $192.00 (or $442 if Transportation Development Review Fee required).

RE: East Ridge Minor Amendment
We are submitting this minor amendment to adjust the approved product mix to bring the East Ridge
project into compliance with the current Land Use Code. The changes we are proposing include the
following:
1. Change 10 Single Family Detached Lots to Single Family Attached, with two units per building on
individual lots. These would match the existing Single Family Attached Lots. The lots to be
changed are lots 6&7 of Block 4, and lots 1-8 of Block 6.
2. Change project note #6 to state "At least four (4) product types..."
3. The unit type summary would be as follows to match 4.5(D)(2) LMN use types:
Single Family Detached w/ front or side load garages 286 units 72.6%
Single Family Detached w/ rear load garages 88 units 22.3%
Two Family Dwellings (SFA) 20 units 5.1 %
Multi -family (un- latted tracts) NA NA
TOTAL 394 units 100.0%
4. Add a new project note #27 that states the following:
Prior to issuance of a building permit for lots 6&7 of Block 4, and lots 1-8 of Block 6, the
drainage easement on the common lot line shall be vacated.
