REQUEST: First interstate Bank of Fort Collins is requesting that the landscaping for the detention pond located on the
east aide of the project known as Five oaks be modified for a specific period of time. Currently, the detention
pond is not maintained and there is no requirement to fulfill the landscaping plan until additional building
permits are requested in the Five oaks Project. At the current time, First Interstate Bank of Fort Collins does
not anticipate requesting new building permits, nor does the market appear to be condusive to sale of this
project in the near future. It does recognize that certain individuals in the area are concerned about this detention pond and the water that settles in it and are willing to propose the following change: First
51' Interstate Bank of Fort Collins will provide the seed to seed the detention pond in a natural dryland type of

this grass in the detention pond as well as the "ditch" along the north aide of the project. First Interstate
would like to maintain ownership of this detention pond and the tch^ as a potential purchaser of the property

marketability of the townhous7esarong that section t� pr, ject. The Five oaks Homeowners Association has
been contacted and will have meeting on June 1, 1991/to approve the change.
