Re: Addendum to "Final Drainage Report
For the Charter Hospital of'Fort
Collins", Revised July 6, 1988
Dear Ms. Hayes:
The purpose of this letter is to document the impact some
minor sub -basin changes have on the original drainage report.
The enclosed sketches show the changes to the sub -basin
caused by using splash blocks on the north side of the
building versus an internal collection system.
Sub -basin A will increase by 0.23 acres to a total of 3.27
acres. Upon reviewing our earlier report we discovered that
Sub -basin A calculations had been based upon an area of 3.51
acres. Therefore, the original results are still
conservative and were not changed at this time.
The total site area that drains into the detention pond has
not changed. Some of the runoff takes'a slightly different
route.
