WOOD FASCIA BEIGE COLOR. THE REASON FOR THIS REQUEST IS TO UPDATE BUILDING. IF THE CITY CODE ALLOWS, WE WOULD LIKE
TO SILK SCREEN THE "WENDY'S" LOGO ON THE AWNINGS WITH ONE OR TWO LOCATIONS AS ALLOWED BY CODE.
