Gentlemen:
On June 2 and 9, 2005, Weeks & Associates observed the footings and foundation wall steel at
the referenced site as requested. Observations indicate the footing sizes and foundation wall
reinforcing steel were in substantial accordance with the foundation plan and recommendations
for the project by Weeks & Associates, Inc., Project No. 24058.

Gentlemen:
On June 16, 2005, Weeks & Associates observed the perimeter drain at the referenced site.
Observations indicated a 4" diameter perforated pipe had been placed around the exterior
perimeter of the basement foundation and sloped to the sump pit at the east side of the
basement. The drain pipe installation is in substantial accordance with the perimeter drain
recommendations for the project. In addition, the exterior of the basement foundation walls had
been damproofed.
