On May 24 and 26, 2005, a representative of Weeks & Associates observed the footings and
foundation wall steel at the referenced site.
Based on our observations, it is our opinion the footing sizes, footing reinforcement steel, and
foundation wall reinforcement steel were in substantial accordance with the foundation plan for
the project by Weeks & Associates, Inc., Project No. 21448.
