There are currently no zoning violations or variances on Mountain Avenue in Fort Collins are located file with the City regarding these Properties. Neither property is -Within an historical district, but the eligibility for historic designation has not been determined at this time. Additionally, in the event _that _the- buildi more than 50 years old,_ please -be advised that any demolition or exterior alteration to the structures will be subject to the City's demolition and alteration review Process.
