Re: Furnace malfunction

Gentlemen:
We wish to confirm our call this
morning regarding the malfunction of
the heating system located at 3301
Pitkin Street, Fort Collins.
Our son, Richard, reported two days
ago that he was overcome with gas
fumes during the night due to the
Pilot light not operating. It appears
the venting and safety pilot should
be checked by some competent individual.
This was a close call for our oldest
son. Your help in checking and ordering
corrective measures be taken immaiately
will be appreciated. Thank you.
