HomeMy WebLinkAbout329 N Sherwood St - Correspondence/Zoning - 09/24/1993September 24, 1993 To whom it may concern: Bill Coulson dropped by my office this morning to discuss his plans to convert the building at 329 S. Sherwood into a triplex. The property is located in the NCM zoning district, wherein triplexes are permitted uses provided all requirements of the NCM zone are met. Specifically, this proposed use requires 6,000 square feet of lot area, 50 feet of lot width, and building setbacks of 15 feet in the front, 15 feet in the rear, 15 feet from the property line on Magnolia and 5 feet from the interior side lot line. In addition, 6 parking spaces will be required on the lot. It will be necessary for the conversion to be approved by the Planning Director through an administrative review process. This process takes approximately 4 weeks from the date the application is received. Zoning variances may also be required if any of the above regulations are not complied with.
