OBSERVATIONS
Weather: Seasonal
In general, the concrete forms were properly set and free of debris. The width of the wall footings
and isolated pads were consistent with the requirements of the engineered foundation plan
prepared by this office. The vertical reinforcement dowels and reinforcing steel required for the
pads were located adjacent to the forms, ready for placement. The horizontal reinforcement was
properly set and tied.
FIELD INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN
Instructed the concrete contractor to re -adjust the front west footing to ensure that the required
width is achieved.
