We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 31, The Ponds, (3221 Reedgrass Court), a subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This observation was performed on September 27, 1999.
It is our opinion that the items observed were in substantial conformance with our foundation
plan, Job No. 1197-38-02-01.
