Terracon observed approximately 25 percent of the caisson construction at the
referenced site on November 28, 2000. Each caisson was observed for depth of
penetration into firm bedrock, caisson diameter, plumb tolerance and reinforcing steel
and concrete placement.
In our opinion the caissons observed were constructed in general accordance with the
plans and specifications for the project.
