Dear Joe,
Please be advised that in accordance with the requirements of the City of
Fort Collins we have filed a demolition permit for 312 Poudre Street. I am
enclosing a copy of the written and photographic documentation that we believe
the City's demolition permit ordinance requires, prepared by Jason Marmor of
Retrospect. The house has been considerably altered over the years and to
quote from Retrospect's survey "...would not qualify as architecturally significant
under N RHP Criterion C."
As you are aware we are in the process of demolishing the add -on storage
shed and garage and wish to complete the process.
