To whom it may concerns
One section of the curb and /;utter has settled
approximately 2" in front of 3007 Colt Ct. The legal
is lot 69 block 5 Woodwest 6th filing, Ft. Collins, Colo.
I would appreciate having it.repl_aced fairly soon as the
city will not accept the curb and gutter as it is now. I
intend to try and get a certificate of occupancy fairly
soon on the house that was constructed there during the
winter.
I would like to thank The Wood Brothers organization
for the quick repair of bad curb and gutter on the lot
adjacent to this one last fall,. That address was 700 West
Swallow, also known as lot 68 block 5 Woodwest 6th filing.
Quick repair of the above section of curb and gutter
will be very much appreciated as I intend to hold open
house there starting during the 1st part of April.

•wound shall be used and shall be applied imediately after the water sheen has left
the finished concrete. The compound shall be applied at a rate to completely cover
the surface uniformly and at a rate that will achieve the performance requirement
specified in ASTN Specification C309. The compound shall be kept agitated to pre-
vent the pigment from settling. After the forms have been removed, the exposed,
edges shall be covered immediately with the compound.

year of construction impressed therein using letters not less than one inch high
and three -eights inch deep. Impressions shall he made in concrete at the begin-
ning and end of each pour and in each driveway.
10. Defaced Concrete. It shall be the Contractor's responsibility to protect
fresh concrete from damage as a result of vandalism or other cause; damaged
concrete shall be removed and replaced by and at the expense of the Contractor.

shall be promptly backfilled with suitable matcrinl, properly compacted, and
brought flush with the surface of the concrete and adjoining ground surface.
In embankments, the backfill shall be level with the top of the concrete for
at least two (2) feet and then sloped to the property line.
12. Opening to Traffic. Walks shall not be opened to pedestrian traffic for at
least twenty-four (24) hours after placement; drivrv"ys, curb, gutter and cross -
pans shall not be opened to vehicular traffic for at least seven (7) days after
placement.. The Contractor shall maintain suitable barricades to comply with the
tt.lforcEoing rcquircct•ants.
13. Connections with Existing Sidewalk:,. Vhcre n,, sidewalk construction abuts
existing sidewalks --the wort: shallbw accomplished so that no abrupt change in
grade between the old and now work results.-- '
14. ke1,airs. Wha r•. repairs are made in existing sidewalks, all edges of the old
sidewalk allowed to remain shall be saocut to a m mimum depth of one and'one-half
( 1 1/2) inches. No rough edges will be permitted "here new construction joins old.
No soction less than si.x (6) feet in length shall Lc placed or left in place.
