Our records indicate that the work located at 2916 Stanford
authorized under permit # 06177 issued on 7/6/81 has either not
yet commenced or has been inactive since 7/6/81 The permit
was for a sprinkler.
Please be advised that as of 1/6/82 , an abandonment period of
180 days will have elapsed and your permit referenced above will
then expire. Unless a written description of any work which has
taken place more recently than our records indicate is submitted
to this office no later than 1/6/82 , no further work may con-
tinue, nor will inspections be made after the expiration date with-
out first obtaining a new permit. If you feel this notice is in
error, or have any questions, please contact Sharon at 484-4220,
