Description of the change and reason(s) for the request: This form is a request to install a drive up window for a film developing
business (PHOTOS ONE) in the east end of the existing Foothills East building. This installation has
been discussed with Rick Ensdorff, City Traffic Engineer, and he has no -objection as long as we install
certain traffic signage and striping per tl}e attached drawings.

Dear Ms. Potter,
Your request for an administrative change to allow a drive -up window in the
Foothills East Office and Shopping Center has been approved with the fol-
lowing conditions:
1. That the drive -up window be for the sole use of Photo's One. Any other
use of the window must be reviewed and approved by the City.
2, That the applicant submit prior to building permit issuance a scaled
drawing on a 24" x 36" site plan for the project showing proposed sig-
nage and striping to be installed on the site as part of the addition
of the drive -up window.
3. That the drive -up window be located approximately five feet further
.north if possible to allow at least a one car stacking space which will
be out of the traffic flow pattern.

Included you will find my completed form for a PUD Administrative
Change request. Bob Zakely and I met with Rick Endsdorff yesterday
morning and he shared his traffic control expertise with us in
regard to the attached drawings.
We, as the Everitt Companies plan to use the drive -up window,
pass -through as photography delivery and pick-up and will not use
this in any other way in the future without City of Fort Collins
Traffice acknowledgment to change the actual traffic flow.
