That the drive -up window be for the sole use of Photo's One. Any other use of the window must be reviewed and approved by the City. 2, That the applicant submit prior to building permit issuance a scaled drawing on a 24" x 36" site plan for the project showing proposed sig- nage and striping to be installed on the site as part of the addition of the drive -up window. 3. Bob Zakely and I met with Rick Endsdorff yesterday morning and he shared his traffic control expertise with us in regard to the attached drawings. We, as the Everitt Companies plan to use the drive -up window, pass -through as photography delivery and pick-up and will not use this in any other way in the future without City of Fort Collins Traffice acknowledgment to change the actual traffic flow.
