This letter is in reference to the above -mentioned Project.
02 Nov. 2015
Per a request from the Contractor, Dalton Construction, Inc., I inspected the excavation for the
required foundation system on 2S Oct. 2015. The excavation seemed to be per I.R.C. Section 403.3.1
requirements. The size and depth appeared as required, and soils encountered were consistent with the
design parameters used.
Also, the rebar, 2ā#5 tie-ins TEYD to the existing concrete and the 2-#4 continuous TM3 and the #5
Vert.'@ Wo.c. were as indicated.
