AUTHORIZATION ON FILE.
This is to certify that the building, structure, or land located at 3500 S COLLEGE AVE Fort Collins, CO has been
inspected and temporary occupancy is hereby authorized, effective on 02/20/2015 and conditional upon the
following requirements being completed and approved upon final inspection.
Engineering Final Requirements to be Completed By:
02/19/2015 Tied to comments on core and shell by Rob Mosbey: TCO good for 90 days. Final C.O. will be giving when the H.C. ramp and
sidewalk are installed on the comer of College and Monroe.
Zoning Final. Requirements to be Completed By: 4/20/201.5
0220/2015 60 day TCO per Ali van Deutekom pending the completion of annual planting beds near entry, removal of construction debris and -
staging areas. (Reed landscape escrow for remaining landscaping to be installed). ;
If such work is not completed... within. the time set'..forth above .and approved. on final inspection; or.unless the-
time for completion is extended by the Building and Zoning Office, an order to vacate the premises, or a
violation notice for occupying the building, structure, or land without a Certificate of Occupancy will. be
issued. Such violation is subject to a maximum fine -.of $1000.00-per day for every day of violation.

NOTE: The issuance of this temporary certificate of occupancy will entitle the owner to place City Utility service in the owner's name. Construction power rates
may be substantially higher than the rate to which the owner is entitled. Until the owner contacts the City Utility Office and makes the necessary arrangements to
transfer City Utilities to the owner's name, utilities will continue to be fumished at construction rates and both the owner of the property and the contractor will
continue to be liable to the City for all utility bills.

Building Insp Completed Requirements to be Completed By:
02(192015 INSTALL (3) FIRE DOORS AND RELATED SEPARATION WALLS IN BASEMENT
If such work is not completed within the time set forth above and approved on final inspection, or unless the
time for completion is extended by the Building and Zoning Office, an order to vacate the premises, or a
violation notice for occupying the building, structure, or land without a Certificate of Occupancy will be
issued. Such violation is subject to a maximum fine of $1000.00 per day for every day of violation.
