Work Description: TENANT FINISH TO FACILITATE A NEW OFFICE FOR "US REPORTS" ON THE SECOND
FLOOR (12,691 SQUARE FEET). THE WORK WILL INCLUDE CREATING SPACES FOR A
BREAK ROOM, CONFERENCE ROOM, AND OTHER OFFICE SPACE. THE 2ND STORY OF
THIS BUILDING IS STILL A CORE AND SHELL, SO THIS WILL BE A FIRST TIME TENANT
FOR THE 2ND FLOOR. BUILDING OWNER AUTHORIZATION ON FILE.
This is to certify that the building, structure, or land located at 3528 PRECISION DR. 200 Fort Collins, CO has
been inspected and temporary occupancy is hereby authorized, effective on 08/07/2015 and conditional upon the
following requirements being completed and approved upon final inspection.
Bldg Dept Req Docs Rcvd Requirements to be Completed By: 09/04/2015
08/07/2015 Hvac test and balance report required.
Fire Authority Final Requirements to be Completed By: 09/04/2015
08/07/2015 :30'Day TCO..Many fire sprinklerheads are painted and need to be ieplaoid.
If such work is. not completed... within -the time set- forth above -and approved on final inspection; or unless -the
time for completion is extended by the Building and Zoning Office, an..order to vacate the premises, or a
violation notice for occupying the building, structure, or land -without a Certificate of Occupancy will.be
issued. Such violation is subject to a maximum fine of $1000.00.perday for every day of violation.

NOTE: The issuance of this temporary certificate of occupancy will entitle the owner to place City Utility service in the owner's name. Construction power rates
may be substantially higher than the rate to which the owner is entitled. Until the owner contacts the City Utility Office and makes the necessary arrangements to
transfer City Utilities to the owner's name, utilities will continue to be furnished at construction rates and both the owner of the property and the contractor will
continue to be liable to the City for all utility bills.
