On Feb.3, 2004, I did receive your letter responding my request for historical information
regarding the use of the above referenced address. Since the utility billing office of the
City has recognized that multiple electric meters are installed, and have been since-1976,
I amm in agreement t t the building is in fact a tri-plea, 3 single family dwelling units in
one building.
Based on our phone contact, this building has a sealed heating system, hot water heat, and
each bedroom has an approved emergency escape window. I have enclosed, for your
information only, a copy of the Non -Owner Occupied Housing Standard as Adopted by
the City. This is the "rental" code that all rental properties are to comply with.
This letter shall serve to set the record that this address is a legal tri-plex and no further.
