Observation Date: July 6th, 2015
Plans/Details: Plans by TD Structural Engineering Inc. dated 12/16/15
Items Observed: footing and foundation sizes and reinforcing, UFER ground
Notes:
Observations indicate the footing and foundation sizes and reinforcing is in substantial
conformance with the plans as noted above. In addition the electrode (Ufer) has been placed
in substantial conformance with the recommendations by NEC.

residences are all slab on grade.
