I apologize for the delay on this. Please accept this email as approval from the DDA for the three
proposed awnings at 205 North College. I have copied Noah Beals with Neighborhood Services on this
email so he has our approval when you submit for permit.
Please pass on to the installer and building owner that if the awning are removed at some point during
the DDA active easement term, the building fagade would need to be repaired in an accepted and
approved manner from the DDA.

As long as nothing changes on proposal, the DDA approval is good for another 8 months for sure.
