RE: Zoning compliance for 2900, 3000, 3030 S. College Avenue, Fort Collins
To Whom It May Concern:
The City of Fort Collins is responsible for enforcement of zoning ordinances and similar
codes or ordinances related to development in the City of Fort Collins.
The properties at 2900, 3000 and 3030 S. College Avenue in Fort Collins are located in the
CG (General Commercial) zoning district. The properties were developed in accordance
with the Thunderbird Estates ninth subdivision and the current use of the properties as
offices are a legal and approved use. There are no known zoning violations with respect to
the properties and to the best of my knowledge it is in compliance with all applicable zoning
regulations of the City of Fort Collins.
