Collins, Colorado Advanced Engineering, LLC Project Number 1771-04-11 C Dear Mr. Tschetter: On July 14, 2015 we visually observed the footing forms and footing reinforcement for the residence being constructed at the above referenced site. On July 20, 2015 we visually observed the foundation wall reinforcing placed in the forms. It is our opinion the footing widths and the footing & wall reinforcement were in general conformance with our Foundation Plan, Project Number 1771-04-11A. We also observed the UFER ground rod was embedded in the concrete approximately 4 feet north of the the southeast corner of the foundation. The conclusions presented in this letter are not intended to cover structural items other than those listed, site grading/elevations, setbacks, subsurface soil conditions, or architectural features of the building. Collins, Colorado Advanced Engineering, LLC Project Number 1771-04-11D Dear Mr. Tschetter: On July 23, 2015 we visually observed the exterior perimeter drain and damp proofing for the residence being constructed at the above referenced site. It is our opinion the perimeter drain is in general conformance with the soils report by Northern Colorado Geotech, Project Number 149-12, dated December 21, 2013. The conclusions presented in this letter are not intended to cover items other than those listed, site grading/elevations, setbacks, subsurface soil conditions, structural, or architectural features of the building.
