Per your email of December 4, 2015, Bluestone Homes, LLC is the legal owner of the property.
As such, we will be happy to have the permit for the solar panels issued in our name. The
construction permit for the overall home is in our name as well. My general contractor license is
D-702.
If you need anything else, please let me know.

Curtis,
As I was entering the permit for the solar, I discovered that this home is not finished yet so Mr.
Wasserman is not the legal owner to the property, Bluestone Homes is. I have also sent this e-mail
to Terrance Hoaglund from Bluestone Homes. The only way I can process this permit right now is
to have Bluestone Homes take responsibility for the permit and they need to appear as owner. I
would need a letter from Mr. Hoaglund stating this. I will wait to process this permit until I hear
back from you. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
