As requested, on November 16, 2015, Earth Engineering Consultants, I.LC (EEC) personnel
provided non-destructive testing (NDT) services for the proposed. project at 251 Boardwalk Drive,
Suite B in Fort Collins, Colorado. EEC's in-house certified bolt and weld inspector provided
observations of the structural framing for the RTU at the roof level. A summary report describing
our observations is attached with this report and was provided verbally to the contractor
immediately following our site observations. The structural framing observed by EEC on
referenced date appeared to be in general accordance with the project plans and details.

Description: Observation of Roof Level RTU Framing.

Observations: Visual observations of the structural framing for the RTU at the roof level. Included are welded
angle to angle connections and welded angle to top bar joist chord connections. Based on visual
observations, the work completed in the referenced area appeared to be of good quality.
