Monroe & Newell Engineers, Inc. observed the foundation and structural framing during
construction of the Foothills Mall Sears Building.
To the best of our knowledge and belief, based on our visual observations, and the
information provided to us, the foundation and structural framing appears to have been
constructed in compliance with the intent of the construction documents prepared by our
office and approved by the Building Department.
