Monroe & Newell Engineers, Inc. observed the foundation, structural masonry, and
structural framing of CB & Potts Block 10 during construction. We also review test
reports prepared by Ground Engineering during construction
To the best of our knowledge and belief, based on our visual observations, and the
information provided to us, the foundation, structural masonry, and structural flaming
appears to be constructed in compliance with the intent of the construction documents
prepared by our office and approved by the Building Department.
