Yes after visiting with the GC, we determined during a review that the occupancies don't need to be separated since the
building could be built today using the most restrictive occupancy and using unlimited building area per code section
507 and 508.3. 2 north west corners of the building are closer than 60ft to the prop line so those areas must 3-hour
walls. o

As discussed last week on the phone, Thunderpup Construction Inc. contacted you, the Fort Collins Building Department,
to find an alternative approach to the original code review (attached) for the Press -One Call Center to minimize or
eliminate the required fire rated walls that were calculated between the occupancies. For the record, please provide a
written description of what changes the City of Fort Collins made to the original code review, so we have documentation
of these changes.
