Dear Mr. Lockwood:
1 visited the above -referenced project twice on August 17, and on August 24, 2015 as requested. The purpose of these
visits was to observe the foundation footing sizes, and the foundation footing and foundation wall reinforcing for the
Building in accordance with our Agreement.
Based on our observations, the foundation footing sizes, and the foundation footing and foundation wall reinforcing
appeared to be in general accordance with the structural plans prepared for the project (refer to the Project No.
CR9010-18 drawing set S 1, S2, S3.1, S3.2, S4 dated May 19, 2014; Architectural Supplemental Instructions No. 001
dated July 7, 2015; and Architec,�ty-,i)l,ti,upplennental Instructions No. 002 dated August 18, 2015).
