Colorado 80522 Reference: Zalli Motors Building 800 N. College Ave. Fort Collins, Colorado 80524 Dear Mr. Zier, That you for your message this morning regarding Mr. Zalli's plan for removal of the garage building. In order to establish a reasonable timeline for demolition of the building and to ensure its complete removal by April 1, 2016, I am now requiring that Mr. Zalli contract with a City of Fort Collins licensed demolition contractor and have all required demolition permits issued and in hand, no later than January 2, 2016. Complete removal of the building and a general site clean up is required to be completed on or before April 1, 2016 Mr. Zalli is not authorized nor licensed as such to act as the demolition contractor. Since this building is a commercial building the City requires that only licensed contractors be approved to erect or remove such structures. Even though Mr. Zalli is the building owner, local ordinances prevent him from performing the deconstruction. Feel free to contact me with any questions. /014965� Michael W.
