Description of work Remove 27 SQ of old roof down to decking. Replace with an impact resistant
Owens Corning shingle and provide proper attic ventilation per 2012 IRC code.
*If lawn sprinkler/backflow preventer, must list licensed plumber. If first-time A/C, must list licensed electrician.
