1. A layer of new U15 synthetic underlayment as manufactured by RhinoRoof has
been installed over existing roof decking. The installation of the underlayment
was of good construction practices.
2. All installation of ice and water shield in valleys and valleys are in conformance
with Tamko's installation instructions.
3. The shingle were installed with common bond with the appropriate pressure.
4. Ridge shingles installed with good construction practices w/Tamko's installation
instructions.
5. Roof was also inspected and passed by PIE consulting & Engineering 6275 Joyce
Drive Suite 200, Arvada, Co 80403
