To whom it may concern,
At 2027 Shorebird Dr, Caribou Apartments; the roof was stripped to the decking. Ice
and Water was installed over the eave metal directly to the decking. Synthetic Pelt
was install over roof decking.. All vents and pipejacks were replaced during the re -
roof.. We certify that the new roof is up to code, per City of Fort Collins require-
ments.
