Work Description:
New construction for Redtail Ponds Permanent Supportive
Housing -Affordable Housing for the Housing Authority. The 51,98o sf
building will be 4 stories (5o ft in height) multi family mixed use building
on post -tension slab. The building will include 48,o59 sf of residential
space (6o dwelling units; electric heat provided by package terminal air
conditioning/heating units) and 3,921 sf of commercial space (offices and
small meeting room to be used by Redtail Ponds Permanent Supportive
Housing only). Energy compliance=Prescriptive with blower door(for
residential units)-FCLWD. Job contact; Keith Vaughn. The Bike Chalet,
shade shelter and retaining walls will require separate permits.
