COUNTRY CLUB CORNERS 1648 NORTH COLLEGE AVE.
Dear Inspector;
I was the Architect of record for the original construction of this building. I
reviewed the original shop drawings for the pre-engineered roof trusses.
These trusses were designed with an imposed snow load, dead load of the framing
and an imposed load from the bottom chord of a minimum of 10 pounds per square foot.
This would cover the loading of, ceilings, lights, mechanical duct work and diffusers, as
well as soffit construction.
The installation of soffits suspended from the roof trusses is within the design
limits of the existing trusses.
