This letter is to inform you that the above referenced property is in violation of the
following sections of the International Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins:
The 2012 International Residential Code Section R105.1 adopted by the City of Fort
Collins regarding the construction of an exempt shed placed too close to the west
property line without fire rating of the common wall. A permit and inspection will be
required, the shed removed, or relocated at least three (3) feet from the property line to
correct this violation.
These Code violations shall be corrected by:
3/6/2015.
If you can not comply within the time limit specified, please contact this office and
explain any mitigating circumstances.
