Dear Doug,
On May 14, 2015, you provided us pictures of portions of the construction of the new
garage addition at the above referenced site. Specifically, the monolithic foundation/slab
construction.
The new slab appears to consist of an approximately twelve (12) inch wide by forty (40)
inch tall thickened edge reinforced with two (2) #4 bars top and bottom. Reinforcement placed
throughout the five (5) inch thick slab appears to be #4 bar at approximately four (4) foot centers,
in each direction.
