Description of work Remove old roofing system down todeck- Install synthetic underlayment over entire surface. Install ice
and water at the roof eves. valleys and around penetrations. Install drip edge along all building perimeters.
*If lawn sprinkler/backflow preventer, must list licensed plumber. If first-time A/C, must list licensed electrician.
